Windsor Personnel Inc. maintains an extensive temporary base of available employees who have been carefully screened and tested in our office. We also check work references of our employees.


You are free to request a pre-placement interview of our potential candidates which will be arranged at your convenience.


Windsor Personnel Inc. is fully responsible for administration and payment of all payroll expenses associated with our temporary employees. This includes the hourly pay rate of our employee and all employer obligations, Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan, Workplace Safety & Insurance, Employers Health Tax, Vacation Pay and Public Holiday pay as per the Employment Standards Act of Ontario. Windsor Personnel Inc. is responsible for issuing our employees a Record of Earnings and T-4's as required.


The bill rate to you our customer includes all employer obligations, our administrative costs and of course a small profit for our services. The bill rate will vary depending on the skills required. Our terms are net 10 days. Billing can be customized to your requirements, just let us know.


Windsor Personnel Inc. will endeavour to provide you our customer with an employee with the skills you require as per the job description given at the time your order is placed. Your satisfaction is our first priority, if you are not satisfied with the employee we have sent to your office or job site, please let us know within the first four hours and you will not be billed for this employee's time. We will correct the situation and provide a replacement as quickly as possible.
